Jessica is the hospital manager here at Latah Creek Animal Hospital. She joined our team in January 2020.

She completed her bachelor’s degree in HR management at EWU, then pursued her certification in veterinary hospital management. Completing her certified veterinary practice managers certification (CVPM) in 2016.
Jessica is very passionate about the veterinary field. She enjoys meeting clients and patients. And she loves being a part of keeping your four-legged family members healthy. She also loves that she gets to help team members grow and be successful while also helping the hospital grow.
Jessica shares her home with her husband, three kids, a Great Dane named Liberty, a Golden Retriever named Dash, and two kitties Panda and Rocco Wilson. In her spare time, she enjoys playing soccer with and against her husband. But most of her time is spent carpooling kids from one sporting event to another.
Robbie - Working Remotely
Robbie has worked at Latah Creek Animal Hospital and worn many hats during her 17-year career, including hospital manager and receptionist. She enjoys interacting with all the animals and their owners!
Robbie graduated from Colorado State University (many years ago!) with a double degree in medical technology and microbiology. Before she started working at Latah Creek, she worked in human hospitals in the laboratory.
Robbie and her husband share their home with their three poodles.
Jordyn recently started working as a veterinary assistant. She did the veterinary assistant program at Carrington College for about eight and a half months to get her certification!
Jordyn was born and raised in Spokane and currently lives in Medical Lake with her boyfriend and their pets! They have a three-year-old Lab/Chesapeake Bay mix (pictured here) named Ellie and two cats, Rosie and Marie. She also has four siblings who are her absolute world. Out of the five of them, she is the oldest (20) and her youngest sibling is eighteen months old!
It was quite the journey for her to figure out that she wanted to be a veterinary assistant, but if you ask her mom, she will say Jordyn has always wanted to work in the veterinary field.
Jordyn is very excited to start her veterinary career at Latah Creek, and she can’t wait to meet our clients and all their furry friends!
Rachael joined our team in September 2020. She comes to us with two years of experience from an emergency clinic in Bellingham. We are very excited that she joined our team.
Rachael graduated from Western Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry. She hopes to be accepted into WSU School of Veterinary Medicine in 2021.
Rachael enjoys working with both pets and their owners. She especially loves to witness the bond between animals and humans. She is Fear Free certified, and the best part about that is the ability to keep pets as calm and happy as possible and to build trust between them and our team members.
Rachael’s family includes her fiancé, Hank; their cats, Cleo and Matso; and their Lab/Border Collie mix, Myla. In her spare time, she loves to ski, hike, and camp. She also likes interior design, listening to podcasts, and spending time with her pets, family, and friends.
We welcomed Kenzie to the team in November 2020. We are so excited to add her knowledge to our growing team. Kenzie is excited and grateful to have the opportunity to be a part of our team and meet all of our clients and their pets.
Kenzie’s favorite part about working in the veterinary field is welcoming all of the new puppies and kittens and watching them grow and earning their trust. She really enjoys the fear free aspect of it because going through the certification has given her the skills to provide owners and their pets with a good experience.Kenize understands how stressful it can be to bring in a pet that is anxious and stressed.
Kenzie’s family consists of her parents and 1 brother. They have a family dog named Theo and 2 cats named Jax and Lucy. Kenzie has a 3 year old border collie named Waylon. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, bonfires, fishing, and teaching Waylon new tricks. She likes to spend time at her Grandma’s in St. Maries having fun floating the river, shooting, huckleberry picking and putting in some work splitting, stacking, and hauling wood. We always say ‘you can’t go to Grammy ‘s without doing some work!’
