Veterinary Nurses (LVT)
As an important part of the medical team, our nurses play a key role in keeping our patients happy and healthy. We believe in utilizing all of our nurses’ skills and knowledge, including performing physical assessments, educating our clients, organizing and running surgeries, monitoring during surgery, calling clients with lab results, and triage.

Veterinary Assistants (VA)
Our assistants play an integral part in our patients’ health. We entrust our VA’s with discussing the client’s concerns about their pet and making recommendations for the best wellness care options. We also utilize our VA’s for collecting samples and performing laboratory tests, preparing animals and operating rooms for surgery, monitoring anesthesia during dentals, administering vaccines and medications, providing post-operative care, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

Client Care Representatives (CCR)
Our CCR’s are the frontline of our clinic and the concierge to our clients. They are the smiling voices you will hear when you call us. They are essential in helping us build long-lasting relationships with our clients and patients. The CCR’s play an important role in keeping our patients calm as they are brought to the vet and upon arrival.
